Introduce
 Xinkai Valve Co., Ltd. is located in China's culturally important city of Suzhou, which is renowned as "Heaven on Earth". A subsidiary of the Suzhou Valve Industrial Company, we have used our parent enterprise's technical support to develop a wide range of ceramic ball valves, de-dusting valves, gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves and ball valves. With all products meeting the ANSI, API, BS, DIN, GB and JIS standards, all of our valves feature R-cambered surface finishes on the valve seat.
Having invested RMB30 million in the construction of an 18,000 square meter production base, we now have workshops covering 11,600 square meters. With these facilities housing more than 100 sets of processing machinery, our main units now include CNC lathes and metal cutting lines. Operating according to the ISO9001 management system standard, we have also been commended as an excellent valve supplier by the Water Supply and Drainage Sub-Association of the Chinese Construction Metal Structure Association.
Employing 116 members of staff, including 16 technicians and 3 senior engineers, the latter of these personnel are equipped with sophisticated CAD and CAM software systems. Meanwhile, comprehensive quality assurance and testing measures have also been instituted, thereby guaranteeing that every product is of the highest standard.
Providing valves in dozens of series and hundreds of models, all products feature ceramic self-lubricating bases that are watertight, and feature low torque and high force resistance. Having integrated all ceramic and metal parts in a way that prevents damage by high pneumatic force, main materials used include structural ceramics, zirconium fluoride, toughened aluminum oxide and aluminum oxide.
With our valves being resistant to wear, corrosion, high temperatures and magnetic interference, main areas of usage include aluminum smelters, power generation facilities, metallurgy and concrete plants, papermaking mills and petrochemical facilities.
